Cancelation and Booking Policy
CANCELATION To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with proper notice can be rescheduled at your convenience. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be applied to the following month. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full, and no make-up session will be provided. BOOKING Classes are scheduled on a monthly basis, with sessions occurring at the same day and time each week. When booking, please select your preferred day and time for the entire month. For instance, if the first booking is for Tuesday from 4:00–4:30 PM, all remaining sessions for that month will be scheduled on Tuesdays from 4:00–4:30 PM. Please note, if a day and time are not selected for all sessions in the month, this may impact the cart total at checkout. However, charges will still apply for the full set of monthly sessions.
